Jack Welch Mgmt Institute to offer exec education in India

Jack Welch Management Institute, USA today announced an alliance with AVAGMAH, the online executive education player to offer leadership courses in India.
The association aims to bring forth online certification programs for Indian corporate. Two flagship programmes namely 'Becoming a Leader' and 'Creating a winning strategy' will be offered to Indians. It would be an online programme with the option of an offline element, to suit individual needs. The duration of the programme beginning from the first week of November would be six months.
Karthik K S, Founder and CEO-24X7 Learning said that the programme have been done using the same methodology of Jack Welch, adding an Indian context to it. He added that India-focussed cases will also be a part of the curriculum, facilitated by two programme directors.
Daniel A Szpiro, Dean of Jack Welch Management Institute added that this is an endeavour by an institute to become active internationally.
All the certificate courses can be done by any individual who was in the leadership position or wanted to assume the position in the future. |
