Mahindra Satyam has signed an agreement with University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun. The two entities would carry out research and development projects jointly. “This agreement will help the students and faculty of UPES to have industrial exposure and acquire practical knowledge from exports from Mahindra Satyam’s experts. In turn, UPES will design certificate programmes and conduct training sessions for the engineers of the IT firm,” B. K. Mishra, Senior Vice-President and Business Head (Energy and Utilities) of Mahindra Satyam, said here in a press release.
