Terms and Conditions:
- AUSIB shall allocate space for booths on first come first serve basis.
- AUSIB reserves its right to change the floor plan and the location of the booths.
- Any additional requirements by the sponsors at the venue should be informed to
AUSIB team well in advance.
- Any additional equipments / accessories required at the booth should be
arranged by the sponsors. If required, AUSIB can arrange these additional items
(apart from those mentioned in the sponsorship document) with a separate cost
chargeable at actual.
- Sponsors should not carry any hazardous or inflammable material at the venue
without the permission of the organizers.
