Manohar Thyagaraj is a Director at the Alliance for US India Business. He has been a consultant to U.S. and Indian defense and aerospace companies in the development of business opportunities in the defense and homeland security spaces. Specifically, he has advised large U.S. defense companies on entry into the Indian market and has developed sourcing arrangements for the procurement of components from India by the U.S. aerospace industry. He has been published in journals such as the USAF Air and Space Power Journal and ORBIS. He is a member of the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
Manohar Thyagaraj has a masters degree in international relations from Marquette University, where he studied with Dr. Raju Thomas a noted scholar of South Asian security and nuclear issues.
