Delhi International Renewable Energy Conference to be held from 27-29 Oct, 2010 in Delhi, India

October 25, 2010, Washington D.C: The Delhi International Renewable Energy Conference (DIREC) 2010 will be held at the India Expo Center & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi, India from October 27-29, 2010. The Alliance for US India Business (AUSIB) has partnered with the Exhibitions India Group and American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) for the event.
DIREC 2010 is a part of the series of the International Renewable Energy Conferences previously held in Washington in 2008 (WIREC), Beijing in 2005 and Bonn in 2004. It will concentrate on the theme of upscaling and mainstreaming renewables for energy security, climate change and economic development during the three day conference. Various plenary sessions, moderated panel discussions with industry leaders and policy makers with the purpose of creating a plan of action for the future would be held.
