November 4, 2011, Washington, D.C.: The Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Robert (Bob) McDonnell and his wife Maureen McDonnell are expected to visit Mumbai, from November 14 to 16, 2011. A dinner and wine reception featuring Virginia wines will be hosted on November 15, 2011 at The Pavilion, Four Seasons Hotel, Worli, Mumbai. The Alliance for US India Business (AUSIB) has partnered with the State of Virginia and invites VIPs and dignitaries for this ‘invitation only’ reception.

The event has been organized with the purpose of introducing Virginia’s fine wines to India, and promoting tourism to Virginia. Virginia would also like to attract major Bollywood film production houses to the state. AUSIB is delighted to partner this event and wishes its success.
