AUSIB and Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India sign MoU

October 13, 2010, Washington D.C: The Alliance for US India Business (AUSIB) recently entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM). The two organizations would work together for the promotion of trade, investment and economic relations between the US and India.
ASSOCHAM is an apex industry body in India established in 1920, and represents the interests of industry and trade. It interacts with the Indian Government on policy issues and interacts with counterpart international organizations to promote bilateral economic issues. Sanjay Puri, AUSIB Chairman said, “We are happy to have partnered with the ASSOCHAM in our efforts to strengthen trade, technological and industry cooperation between our two countries.
